In today’s world, the Lord needs the greatest missionaries who have ever served. But they must be worthy and prepared. And being prepared as a missionary means much more than buying a new suit and a new set of scriptures-it means changing your heart, your mind, your soul. It is the very essence of becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ.
As a member of the Missionary Programs Advisory Committee, former mission president, and former president of the Missionary Training Center, Ed Pinegar draws on a wealth of experience to teach what it takes to be a successful tool in the Lord’s hands, focusing on the new, higher standards of excellence recently emphasized by the Brethren.
